ESPN put together a wonderful piece covering the life of U.S. marathoner Ryan Shay who unexpectedly passed away while running at the Olympic trials in New York City last November.
I had not followed Ryan’s career before this event but a few things caught my attention from this video (besides the loss of such a young [...]

Here are some of the various pics Wendy took at mile 20. Enjoy!
Pro Women
Not a single pic was taken with the women having their feet touching the ground. They all have special powers that I have not acquired yet.

Baby!
Time to go and run that little marathon they have up there.
The race is on Monday, I repeat Monday. Strange day for a race but it is a civic holiday (Partriots’ Day) in the state of Massachusetts.
You can check out the progress of all your running friends on the Boston Marathon website come race day.
I [...]

Ryan Hall provided the world another glimpse into what he is made off. This video from GodTube follows along with one of his key workouts in preparation for the London marathon, a nice little 24 mile run with some impressive tempo work.
Ryan’s physical abilities are quite inspiring but what impresses me the most is his [...]
