How tough can trail running along a lake in north Texas be? It is not remotely mountainous, but it will give any flatlander a challenge they won’t soon forget.

Here is a flyover of the recently held Cross Timbers trail run and highlights the entire 25 mile-ish out-and-back section of trail.

The terrain is quite varied and technical especially in the first 1/3 and last 1/3 of the run. (out-and-back course remember!)
