Rogue Fat Ass Trail Series – The Shore 30 km Course Flyover

Rogue Running put together a fun two race trail series this Fall called the Rogue Fat Ass Trail Series. Race #1, The Shore (race summary), completed a few weeks back. I have put together a quick flyover capturing the 30 km course.

Special thanks to Matt for the Garmin data and this guy was back to help out…

Course Profile (run twice)

Course dances between 460-490 feet for most of the trail run. For a bit of jalapeño, a few 80-ish foot climbs/descents are added to the mix.

~ 370 feet of climbing per nine mile round trip.

Looks fast!

Thanks a bunch for the shout-out! I looked at the fly-over yesterday and that’s totally awesome! How’d you do that?

    Have a great week!

Hey Matty, no worries. I basically import the data into Google Earth, play a tour, and capture the output. It is a bit of a pain (maybe due to my clunky computer), but I think it is kind of cool…and hopefully others do as well. 🙂

    peace bro
