Trail Running in the Mountains

For many of us in the TALON region a mountain is defined as a bridge overpass, the treadmill at 10% grade, or a 100 foot climb on a local trail.
Although these climbs can still be a lot of fun and a good old workout, the mountains – real mountains, delivers a trail running experience that the written word can rarely respectively describe.
This video by tmartinst provides some cool pics and video clips from the recently complete Utah mountain trail running adventure, the Speedgoat 50km.
The views, the imagery, may just put you in the car, heading towards your nearest mountain…or it may just inspire you to get out the door and run…run…run.
Enjoy!
