Ouachita Trail Run 2010 Results

Ouachita-trail-run-1Over the weekend a course record fell, as 165 trail runners enjoyed the Arkansas outdoors at the Ouachita Trail Run in Little Rock, Arkansas. Athletes had two ultra flavors to choose from; the 50 mile or 50 km.

Both the 50 mile and 50 km runners enjoyed the same rocky mostly out-and-back single track course that leads athletes over Pinnacle mountain and along the shores of Lake Maumelle. There is six miles of road running in the mix as well.

Yes, that was a kilt. If running in a kilt could make me as fast as him I’d buy one today!
