Correction: Jemez 50 Training Codes

First, huge thanks to Glenn Mackie for bringing this ohhh-crap to my attention. Also, Glenn recently finished the ITI 350. Be sure to check out his race report. Good stuff!

For both the 50 mile and 50 km Jemez Flatlander Training Codes posts, I wrote grade (%) but used angle-of-inclination (degrees) for the values. (Explanation on Grade (wiki))

What does this mean?

The course just got a bit tougher!

I have updated the posts so the grade actually refers to grade (%), which is what most treadmills use. This means that the updated numbers are greater than what the original post contained.

Soooo, please look at the posts again and get the correct grade (%) values.
