Here is a video that captures the beauty, simplicity, and communal characteristics of this running experience format.

24 hour races are a lot of fun! I’ve volunteered at one the past two years and will again this March…and hopefully will be an entrant in 2011.
Sarah – The volunteers (yourself included) at any ultra event are simply amazing. Good luck in your running journey! I look forward to hearing about it.
