Heartland 100 Mile Run 2009 Video: Getting It Done!

Ryan, co-creator of the moderately crazy midnight 25km/50km run in the middle of the Texas summer (El Scorcho), shares with us an inspiring video of his 2009 Heartland 100 mile ultra run journey.

Enjoy!

What Ryan’s video tells me, regardless of the terrain 100 miles is not easy…and some wacky stuff can be experienced at the end of an ultramarathon.

Congrats on the tough finish Ryan!

I have to ask myself, why do I want to run 100 miles again? I have a feeling I need to answer that before race day.
