New Race Recipe

Never try something in a race without trying it first in training.


A little bit of this.

A dash of that.

Tomorrow at the 8 hr ducky run I will be trying out a new nutrition formula. I have not tried it in training or anywhere else for that matter.

Wish me luck. It could get interesting but fortunately a buffet table will be available every 1/2 mile.
