Podcast: Joe Prusaitis Talks Ultrarunning

“Joe what is your most noteworthy experience?”

“…a collection of moments with certain people or things. Crossing paths with a moose at the Grand Tetons. Climbing Handies at Hardrock at the same instance as the sun was coming up on one side of the mountain and the moon going down on the other side.”

Early this spring fellow Texan Joe Prusaitis, who is an accomplished ultrarunner, coach, and race director talks about the sport along with two other trail runners (Rob Youngren and Josh Kennedy)  in a Consumer’s Guide to Health podcast hosted by Allan Besselink.

Why trail running? Fun, adventure, and fried-egg sandwiches. What else do you need?

Go get you sum!
