Krissy Moehl Wins UTMB: Report and Amazing Pictures

American Krissy Moehl recently won the 2009 Ultra-Trail Du Mont-Blanc. The UTMB is a The North Face event that takes you on an amazing 166 km (103+ miles) counterclock-wise loop through the countries of France, Italy, and Switzerland.

I am continually amazed at the number of majestic trail running events that exist.

You have to check out Krissy’s photo album from the trip. Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!

Europe has always appreciated and been a fan of endurance sports. This event appears no different based on Krissy’s race report. It would be neat to see the same passion in the states at some of the marque trail running events. Maybe some day.

How can you not want to be active and enjoy the outdoors after viewing the pictures and reading Krissy’s report?

Congrats to Krissy and all the athletes that finished this event.

Enjoy our world with respect, it is quite a special place.

Be active – Feel the buzz!
