M-dot

I thought this was cute…
A couple days ago I was wearing my Ironman triathlon world championships t-shirt that I purchased when Wendy and I watched the big event in Kona back in 2003 during my triathlon days.
My two year old son (Griffin) is all about letters right now and he was saying the various ones he noticed on my shirt. I pointed out to him the Ironman logo which is an ‘M’ with a dot above it pronounced as “M-dot”.

The next day I happened to wear the same t-shirt around the house, and Griffin let me know the name of this new symbol so I had to record it and share. I smiled – a lot.
