Trail running adds a whole new dimension to the running experience. If your road running is feeling a bit stale and motivation is not all that high, hop on a local trail, it can rejuvenate the running soul. It also is a lot of fun!

You don’t have to live in the mountains to enjoy trail running although it sure would be nice. I live in a flat-lander area of the country but many local, state, and national parks will have running/hiking trails that can be enjoyed.
I haven’t been on a trail all spring. Shame on me! This will change soon.
