Endurance Season Reboot

I kicked off my season a couple weeks ago with some very easy running but for some reason it has rarely felt easy. I should have way more spunk than I currently do so I am going to take a step back and perform a bit of a reboot. No running this entire week but I will do some resistance training for three days and go for a walk every day if possible.

I have a sneaky suspicion that I didn’t fully recover from my long racing season last year and I still have some residual fatigue hanging around. If it hangs around for too much longer, I will probably get some blood work done.

Since the season is young, no point in trying to push through things right now. I have a lot of miles waiting ahead of me. Eat well, rest well, and see what happens.
