Banana And Almond Butter – Yum


A recent favorite mid-afternoon snack of mine is 1-2 tablespoons of Almond Butter spread along an organic banana. Simple, nutritious, filling, and tasty!

This little snack provides all kinds of beneficial vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, fats, and some protein. NutritionData provides some great nutritional insight into both of these items. Select the desired serving size to get the most accurate information.

Calories will range from 200-300 based on the amount of Almond Butter used.
