Sister Madonna Buder – One Tough Nun

Sister Madonna Buder didn’t start running until age 49 (currently 78). Since then she has participated in 100s of running and triathlon events including many finishes at the Hawaii Ironman (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run).

Enjoy and spend some time to reflect on the insight and wisdom given by Sister Madonna as she shares herself with us in this interview. Her peaceful presence gently hugs you with every word. Truly inspiring! Plus she just might pass you in your next event.

No excuses folks, let’s get our butt out the door. Do something, anything!
