Trail Running Course

Tired But Still Smilin

I am going to keep this short and sweet so I can save a few recovery points as I am tiiiiiiired.

The last two weeks have been fairly stressful at work. It is rather interesting how much my recovery rate fluctuates depending on my current work environment.

Last week – solid. This week – recovery week!

My wife’s parents, sister, and nephew arrived over the weekend so the house has been a busy place as well. Good times.

I am grateful for all of my experiences in life but the bed will be seeing me early tonight!

The Weekly Low-Down:

run: 44.55 miles (5 sessions: 5, 8, 5, 18, 8.55)

bike: 60 mins

weights/core:1

BE GREAT!
