Costco – Good Prices on Organic Food

If you buy organic food and have a Costco nearby it may be worth visiting to see if a membership (basic – $50) would be worth the upfront cost for some great prices throughout the year. The store had much more organic items than I would have guessed and I have a feeling it is only going to increase with time.

Here are just a few of the organic items I bought last week:

  • Frozen Mixed Vegetables (5 lbs) – $5.95
  • Frozen Green Beans (5 lbs) – $6.69
  • Frozen Blueberries (3 lbs) – $12.99
  • Organic Spinach (pre-washed – 1 lb) – $3.49
  • Organic Carrots (10 lbs) – $6.99

I also bought Almond Butter (not organic – 26 oz) for $7.99.

These prices are pretty good in my opinion and I think it would be hard to find prices even close to this at many other places.

Shop around and let me know if you find consistently better prices somewhere else.

Happy Training!
