Many times we tell ourselves and others that we can’t do this or that. I am going to say 99.9% of the time, that is total garbage.

Check out the video of this 13 year old girl that chose to run a 50 mile trail race with her mother. I wonder how many others said she can’t do that. Apparently not the 13 year old.

Pay attention and observe the limits you create in your life. Are they real or perceived? Are they based on a conscience decision or a self created excuse?
