Ryan Hall Prepares for the London Marathon

Ryan Hall provided the world another glimpse into what he is made off. This video from GodTube follows along with one of his key workouts in preparation for the London marathon, a nice little 24 mile run with some impressive tempo work.

Ryan’s physical abilities are quite inspiring but what impresses me the most is his grounded thought. A thought system based on gratitude while focusing on something much greater than himself (God). Oh what an advantage he has in any event he participates in because he has won before he even has ran the first mile. I would think this mental attitude would allow the body to perform to its maximum ability because there probably would be less self-inflicted resistance to what is, thus providing greater probability to achieve the state of flow.

Oh what amazing potential lies within us all.

Enjoy!
