On Saturday, I just finished the toughest trail race I have attempted so far. It was a day filled with plenty of drama, beauty, pain, and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. All of which make trail running a truly unique running experience.

I will provide a detailed race report tomorrow evening. Today I need to finish painting a room. Life must go on…
