Trail Running Course

Week Two – Done!

It feels great to have finished my second week of consistent training. I am starting to find a bit of a rhythm when running and no longer have that “what are you doing” feeling.

My wife and I have also completed a full week of CrossFit. I think it will really add some nice variety to my weight/core work.

The Weekly Low-down:
run: 26 miles (5 sessions)
bike: 20 mins
weights/core: 2 sessions

I am looking forward to start increasing the mileage to get the body ready for the season of road and trail running.
